Manage your store from your phone

A phone app for your store lets you check orders, change prices and update stock wherever you are. It also sends a notice when a new order arrives, and lets you share products by Instagram, Facebook, text or email.

Online stores are an add-on. If your site doesn't have one yet, ask us about adding it; we quote it in writing first.

Get the app

1. Email hello@zossoz.com and ask for the store app. We'll send you the name and the link for your phone, iPhone or Android.
2. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Open the app and choose Log in with QR code. Logging in with an email address isn't available.
4. On a computer, open your site editor. In the side panel, click Store, then Manage Store.
5. Click Mobile, then Get the App. A QR code appears.
6. Point your phone's camera at the code, from inside the app.

Keep that QR code private. It's how the app logs in to your store.

On an iPhone

Change a product

1. Tap the box icon to open your products.
2. Tap the product you want.
3. Tap its price to open the controls. From there you can change the price or sale price, update the stock count or weight, switch the product on or off, or delete it.

Check an order

1. Tap the paper tray icon to open your orders.
2. Tap an order to see its details.
3. To change its status, tap the status shown and pick a new one from the list. It changes straight away.

On an Android phone

Change a product

1. Swipe in from the left edge to open the menu, then tap Products.
2. Tap a product to see its details.
3. Tap the value you want to change and type the new one.
4. To edit the description, swipe up from the bottom. Tap it again to see its formatting, and once more to start editing. The toolbar at the top handles the formatting.

Check an order

1. Swipe in from the left and tap Placed Orders.
2. Sort the list if you like, then tap an order.
3. Tap the order's status and choose a new one. It changes straight away.

Tips

• Changes you make in the app show in your store, so double-check a price before you change it.
• Prefer not to do this yourself? Email us what to change and we'll take care of it.
