Log in to your site editor

Your site editor is where you can change text, photos, hours and menus yourself. After launch you'll get an invite by email. Here is how to start, and what to do if you get stuck.

The first time

1. Open the invite email we sent to your address. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
2. Click the link in the email.
3. Choose your own password. Pick a long one that you don't use anywhere else, and turn on two-step verification if the editor offers it.
4. You'll land on your site. Click a page to open it.

We never set or see your password.

Every other time

Go to the login page from your invite email and sign in with your email and password. Bookmark the page on your phone and computer, so you don't need to search for it.

If you forgot your password

Use the "forgot password" link on the login page. A reset email is sent to your address. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us and we'll send a fresh invite.

What you can change

You can edit text, swap photos, update hours and menus, and preview how the page looks on a phone. Some settings are kept with us, because they can break the site if they're changed by mistake. If you need one changed, ask.

Publishing

After you edit, use the Publish button to put the change live. If you don't see one, or you're not sure, tell us and we'll publish for you. Your edits stay as a draft until they're published.

If something goes wrong

If a page looks odd after you edited it, don't worry. Email hello@zossoz.com with the page and what you changed, and we'll take a look. We'll tell you if it needs more than a quick repair.

Good to know

• Only share your login with someone you trust. If a team member needs access, ask us to invite them separately, so each person has their own login.
• If you'd like a quick walk-through, ask us. It takes about two minutes.
